Green roofs are popping up all over the major cities as building managers are seeking ways to help reduce water that flows through the drains of city’s that often swell during rains. It also helps to cool the building to some extent with the added bonus of having an island of green where people can go to during thise long stressful days. One of the biggest changes that are underway is the greening of the many asphalt parking lots with the use of new generation paving products that lets water into the soil rather than sending it down the drain.
