  1. Consider your budget. Maintenance fees and other personal needs will be really heavy on the pocket if you stay in a condo.
  2. Check the services and amenities. You should know what you�re paying for.
  3. Always check for safety. Get to know the emergency exits and other safety precautions taken by the condominium.
  4. Check on security. Familiarize yourself with the area where the condo is. Most likely, the more diverse the community is, the higher the price for security measures.
  5. Look up the history of the place. It�s a good way to see if they have improved services.
